Shunia - the vastness of infinity

 The altitude and attitude to rise above circumstances come from the exposure to the unlimited. The consequential equanimity reveals the reality of us, others and the environment. The containment allows the experience of the intensity of the relationship between the self the life and whatever co-exist in the entire universe. That’s yoga! ...and starts when the state of silence of mind dissolves the preconceptions of the individual about subject, object and unknown.

Then love becomes momentum, movement and motivation of life.
